We have used RJC Property Maintenance for 5 different bathroom and utility room projects across 2 different houses over the last 3 years. All have involved the gutting of the rooms and complete rebuilds. Richard Cleere is extremely knowledgeable at the planning and procurement stages. Richard himself undertakes most of the work and engages highly skilled and competent workers for specialist areas such as plastering and tiling. He has worked diligently throughout the projects and has always finished within budget and on schedule. I would highly recommend him and his company. I am happy to talk to anyone interested in using his services. January 2021.
We were very impressed and happy with the high quality workmanship of Richard and his team. The work was completed on schedule and on budget. Richard was very keen to involve us in the key decisions as well as explaining what he and his colleagues had done each day. They were polite and courteous. They did their best to minimise disruption in the house whilst working and to keep the dust and dirt to a bare minimum. We are very happy customers and would have no hesitation in using Richard again for this type of job. December 2020.
We were recommended Richard over 5 years ago to fit a new shower. Then a couple of years ago he refitted a shower room and we’ve just had him return to completely refit our main bathroom. He’s always been consistent and reliable in his work, which is why we’ve always asked him to carry out these jobs. He works to a high quality and is very good at discussing everything with you, to ensure you’re happy with the end result. We have also recommended him to friends who have since used him. He’s always conscientious in his work and we have no hesitation in providing this review. January 2021.
Having worked with various contractors over the years, its always important to have trust in their ability and also their professionalism. I have always found Richard Cleere to be someone who you can totally rely upon. His workmanship is second to none, he is always honest, reliable & trustworthy. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for any future home improvements. January 2021.

“What a transformation! Richard and his team created a bathroom that completely exceeded our expectations.
You were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish: Professional, friendly, timely and tidy, your advice and attention to detail throughout were second to none in guiding us through the practical decisions that needed to be made.
